Ability to perform tasks like load, generate utilization reports. Use problem solving technique to solve business requirements. Work directly with customers who faces data issues and run the reports and exactly identify the root cause and will work with development team. Design Database based on requirement.

Work with relational databases, data modeling and SQL optimization. Work in Agile/Srum, continuous integration and deployment. Involve in Agile/Scrum activities like daily standup meeting, work as Scrum Master.

Work with No-SQL technologies like Cassandra, MongoDB is a big plus.

SAP Consultant

​

SAP provides standard solutions to MM (Material Management) and SAP S4 HANA Cloud procurement processes that require configuration and enhancement to meet the customer-specific requirements. This duty requires one to be responsible for obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business processes by discussing or conducting workshops with the client’s business team to understand their system process requirements. Engage with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, inventory controllers, and production planners, to understand their roles and how MM processes impact their daily operations. Prototyping client’s business requirements in SAP S4 HANA Cloud system. 

Configuring the business processes by using SAP standard tool SPRO. Implementation of the SAP MM (Material management) within the accounting standard - GAAP (General accepted accounting principle).  

Discuss financial, legal, SOX Control and audit requirement while implementing business process in SAP. 

Designing and developing mobility apps for SAP MM processes by using SAP FIORI. 

This duty demands hosting workshops with the client business teams to test the critical scenarios for any change. Need to co-ordinate with various teams to fix any cross-functional bug found in testing. It requires detailed discussion with the client’s business and technical team members on test case design, creating individual test scripts for business scenarios, and their execution in various stages of SDLC. Establish Interface between many third-party tools with SAP to flow financial transaction. Develop and implement LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) to migrate data from legacy system. Design and develop new program to upload data with help of text file, Microsoft Excel, and XML File. Establish Interface between many third-party tools with SAP to flow financial transaction. Discussing the BRD (Business Requirement Document) and solution design with offshore counterpart to prepare Functional Specifications document for any custom solution that is required to be developed for business requirements.

Conduct weekly SCRUM meetings with business, IT team, functional analyst, architects, security, OCM (organization change management) to discuss weekly challenges and progress on production fixes and new projects. All critical decisions are made based on the discussion in this meeting. This task ensures that the knowledge transition (KT) is smooth, and that the end-user received all required help and to perform business activities once it is gone live in production.
